The website silverpeanut.com (the "Website") is operated by CG Investments OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 16500041, with its registered address at Parda tn 6, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia, and VAT number EE102526518. Silver Peanut is a trade name of CG Investments OÜ ("Silver Peanut", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including requesting and booking an Automation Audit. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Our consulting and automation services are provided only under a separate written agreement. These Terms do not govern those services. If a services agreement conflicts with these Terms, the services agreement prevails.

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, where it applies to you.

1. Submitting the qualification form or booking a call is a request for an introductory assessment. It does not create a contract for services or oblige either party to enter into one.
2. The Automation Audit call is free of charge unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
3. We may decline, reschedule or cancel any booking at our discretion, for example where a company falls outside the businesses we serve.
4. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us.
5. Scheduling may be handled through a third-party calendar tool, whose own terms may also apply.
6. Please share only what is needed to assess your enquiry. Do not submit special categories of personal data, such as health data, or third parties' personal data.

We treat non-public business information you share through the Website or during the Automation Audit as confidential. This includes revenue, marketing costs, marketing spend, team structure and technology stack.

We use this information only to assess your enquiry and prepare for and conduct our discussions with you. We do not sell it. We disclose it only to our team and service providers who are bound by confidentiality, or where required by law.

This obligation does not apply to information that is public, already known to us, independently developed by us, or lawfully received from a third party. A separate non-disclosure agreement or services agreement governs any wider exchange of confidential information and is available on request.

Prices shown on the Website are indicative, stated in euros and exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. They do not constitute a binding offer.

Goals, fees, any revenue-based fee and all other commercial terms are agreed individually with each client in a written agreement.

Content on the Website is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

Case studies, examples and results describe specific past engagements. They do not guarantee similar outcomes for your business, which depend on many factors outside our control.

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to CG Investments OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, visuals, videos, workflow illustrations, software, the Silver Peanut name and logos.

You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from Website content, or use our name or logos, without our prior written consent.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

When using the Website, you must not:

• use it in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way;
• submit false information or impersonate any person or organisation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce malware or interfere with the Website's operation or security;
• scrape, crawl or harvest content or data by automated means, including to train AI models, without our written consent;
• use the Website or information from it to send spam or unsolicited communications; or
• use Website content to build or promote a competing service.

The Website may link to or embed third-party services, such as calendar booking, video hosting and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify CG Investments OÜ against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including data submitted through the Automation Audit form.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Website will be resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or a successor business. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Website. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
